Egypt’s United Media Services (UMS) appointed media figure Riham El Sahly president of the DMC Network on Wednesday.
El Sahly has a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from the American University in Cairo (AUC).
She got her master’s degree in Political Science with specialisation in the Middle East in 1997.
She started her career by working in Nile TV, an Egyptian TV affiliate, where she hosted many different shows.
El Sahly got her fame when she joined media figure Moataz Dimerdash on the show 90 Minutes from 2006 to 2013. Then she started working in Extra News channel.
She has had various interviews with prominent Egyptian figure such as former President Hosni Mubarak, and politician Amr Moussa, in addition to various celebrities, writers, and media figures.
