U.S. markets finish chaotic week in red note

U.S. stocks fell sharply on Friday and investors continued to worry about raising the interest rate more from the Federal Reserve.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average DJI ended 486.27 points, or 1.6 percent marking its lowest level since November 2020. The S&P 500 slid down by 64.76 points or 1.72 percent to reach 3,693.23.

The Nasdaq Composite decreased by 1.80 percent to close the session at 198.88 points, while Russell 2000 index shrunk by 2.48 percent or 42.72 points.

In Canada, Toronto stock exchange – TSX COMP decreased by 2.75 percent or 521.70 points, and the other index – S&P/TSX 60 losses 30.21 points or 2.62 percent.
