Trump says to halt to U.S. funding for World Health Organisation amid coronavirus outbreak

U.S. President Donald Trump announced on Tuesday that his administration will halt funding to the World Health Organisation as he assesses the agency’s “role in severely mismanaging” the coronavirus outbreak.
“Today I’m instructing my administration to halt funding of the World Health Organisation while a review is conducted to assess the World Health Organisation’s role in severely mismanaging and covering up the spread of the coronavirus,” Trump announced at a press conference.
