Oxford University’s coronavirus vaccine candidate shows promise in small study in monkeys

An experimental coronavirus vaccine developed by Oxford University appears to be effective at preventing coronavirus, according to findings from a small study made on six monkeys.

Oxford scientists released the preliminary findings on the vaccine on the preprint server bioRxiv early Thursday.
