Egyptian Oil Minister Tarek El-Molla issued a decree on Monday to appoint Moustafa Taher as a new chairman of Esh El Mallaha Petroleum Company- Eshpetco.
Formerly, Taher was the assistant of chairperson of West Bakr Petroleum company.
