U.S.-based Colliers International expected occupancy levels in Egypt’s Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada to keep falling by 23 percent and 36 percent respectively during September-December 2016.
In its latest report, Colliers International stated that the number of British tourists visiting Egypt sagged by 70 percent due to UK ban on flights to Egypt.
Colliers International also expected occupancy level in Sharm El Sheikh during September- December 2016 to record US$16 revenue per available room (RevPAR).
Moreover, the report expected that demand in Alexandria would jump by 12 percent in September-December 2016.
