New Kuwaiti Investments In Egyptian Market: Momtaz al-Saeed

Minister of Finance Momtaz al-Saeed has received a Kuwaiti delegation from the two Kuwaiti institutions of Liquidity House and Kuwait Finance House. The delegation is headed by Emad Yousef Al Monayea, Managing Director of Liquidity Management House, and discussed the necessary mechanisms for presenting more investments in the Egyptian market.

The minister disclosed that the two institutions had showed their activities and how to make use of their financial capabilities in injecting more investments in Egypt; especially during the current circumstances, as Egyptian economy needs more liquidity.

He added that the Kuwaiti delegation affirmed the complete readiness to help Egypt to overcome these circumstances. The Kuwaiti financial institutions emphasized the cooperation with Egypt and establishing joint ventures with Egypt side.

On the other hand, the minister late on Monday received a delegation of experts from the International Bank. They discussed the latest developments of Egypt’s talks with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), as well the developments of Egyptian economy. The economic education and the efforts of the Egyptian government to overcome the current crisis were also taken up.
