IGA Imposes Travel Ban On Samir Ragab

Egypt’s Illicit Gains Authority (IGA), headed by Judge Yehya Galal, deputy minister of justice for IGA affairs, imposed travel ban on Samir Ragab, former editor- in-chief of Al-Gomhouriya, from travelling. Ragab is accused of illicit gains, and banned from spending his money and all properties.

Judge Ahmed Abdel Aal, head of Inspection and Investigation Board, IGA, has received reports from authorities, Administrative Control Authority and Public Fund Investigation, inform that Samir Ragab’s wealth inflated during his term in Dar El Tahrir for Printing & publishing.

Samir Ragab will be recalled for investigation over his inflated wealth; representing in accounts in banks, apartments, land plots, and cars.
