Hamed Nada’s The Arabian Giant sold for EGP 2mln

Egyptian artist Hamed Nada’s painting The Arabian Giant has been sold in an auction last week for £55,000.

This estimates for over two million Egyptian pounds.

The auction was organised by Sotheby’s London auction house, with an estimated price of £80,000 – £120,000.

Nada was an Egyptian surrealist painter born in 1924 and died in 1990.
