Giza Court Adjourns “Ahmed Ezz” Case Till Wednesday Session

Giza Criminal Court in Tagamou El-Khames, headed by Judge Mohamedi Konsowa, and the two judges Mohamed Gad Abdel Basset and Mohamed Mahmoud and the secretaries Hasan Al-sayfee and Samir Rezk, adjourned the verdict session of the businessman Ahmed Ezz, former minister of industry Ibrahim Mohamdeen and 5 officials in Al-Dekheilla Steel Co. until Wednesday in order to hear the witnesses. The general prosecution has referred the defendants due to the accusations of helping Ahmed Ezz to seize the shares of the company. The defendants are businessman Ahmed Ezz, Alaa Saad- the MD of Alexandria National Iron and Steel Company “ANSDK”- Mostafa Kamel- director of finance sector in Al-Dekheilla Steel Co., Emad Al-Din Mustafa- director of tax department, Mohamed Baher- operations director, and Mohamed Ibrahim, director of finance in the company.
