Egypt’s single-day new Covid-19 cases count continues to drop

The Health Ministry confirmed 157 new cases of covid-19 yesterday — the lowest single-day total since 21 April.

his brings the nation’s total confirmed cases to 94,640. The ministry also reported 23 new deaths yesterday, which is the lowest figure reported since 22 May. Egypt’s overall death now stands at 4,888.
