Egypt’s Court Defers Suit Against Morsi To May 7th

Egypt’s Judiciary Administrative Court, at the State Council, adjourned the lawsuit, which filed by Tarek Mahmoud- an Egyptian lawyer, till May 7th session. The lawsuit calls for returning an urgent verdict that over overthrowing President Mohamed Morsi and appointing the head of the Supreme Constitutional Court  as an interim president.

The lawsuit No. 9738/1967 elaborated that President Mohamed Morsi issued the so-called the constitutional declaration on 21st November 2012 to restart investigations about killing the protesters case, disbursing pensions for the injuries, besides immunizing the constitutional declaration, Shura Council and the Constituent Assembly against challenging. So these matters contradict with the goals of January 25th Revolution, and he should be overthrown.
