Dubai real estate market has reached 526 sales transactions worth $315 million, 89 mortgage deals worth $170 million and 19 gift deals worth $26 million, data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD) showed on Wednesday.
The sales include 493 villas and apartments worth $266 million and 33 land plots worth $48 million. Mortgages include 70 villas and apartments worth $113 million and 19 land plots worth $57 million, making the total real estate transactions $490 million.
