Appeal Court Rejects Port Said Mascara Challenge Request

Ismailia Appeal Court, headed by Judge Yehia Helal, refused the challenge request that submitted by the defense of the fifth culprit, Khale Sedeek, and General Mohsen Shata, the seventy first culprits. The challenge request is against Judge Sobhy Abdel Megeed, Head of Port Said Criminal Court, which consider the case of Port Said massacre, and fining him EGP 6 thousand.
It is supposed that the court resumes the sessions which suspended owing to the challenge request.
The court stated that the challenge request depends on illegal document.
