Abu Dhabi organisations have identified two billion dollars of investment opportunities in South Korea following the business expansion agreement between South Korea and the UAE, according to a joint statement on Monday.

“To date, Abu Dhabi organisations have helped identify approximately $2 billion of potential investment opportunities in Korea,” the statement from the Korea Development Bank and Mubadala Investment Company included.

The UAE assured investing up to $30 billion in the Asian nation during South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol’s visit to Abu Dhabi in January, especially in the energy and information technology industries.
