Social Justice Party Brings Suit Against President Morsi’s Decisions

by Administrator

Dr Mohamed Abdel Aal, Chairman of Social Justice Party, filed a lawsuit this morning before the Administrative Judiciary Court of the State Council. The lawsuit is calling for cancelling the decisions issued by President Mohamed Morsi since he came to the office.

The lawsuit (56262/66) referred that the president has issued a decision of reinstating Egypt’s People Assembly, violating the verdict of the Supreme Constitutional Court, which elaborated that the parliamentary elections law is unconstitutional.

The lawsuit added that the decision issued, although Morsi had sworn to respect the constitution and law. Despite that the Supreme Constitutional Court has canceled the decision of reinstating the PA; the president hasn’t ordered to withdraw the decision, as the members of the dissolved council still get their rewards and monthly allowances so far. This violates the law and considers as squandering the public fund. All the decision of President Mohamed Morsi are not trustful, especially he had sworn to respect the constitution and law.
