France Summons Egypt Ambassador over Protest Crackdown

French President Francois Hollande summoned the Egyptian ambassador to his country to the Elysee Palace in light of Wednesday’s violent events in Egypt due to the evacuation of supporters of ousted President Mohamed Morsi.

Earlier Thursday it was reported by the Egyptian Health Ministry that the death toll stands on 343 people.
