140.000 Extra Seats During Feast: Railway Authority

Egyptian Railway Authority (ERA) added extra 140.000 seats in the trains; preparing to receive Eid El Fater and to facilitate the travel tours for citizens during the 3-days feast.

Hany Hegab, ERA chairman, said the authority provided 34 extra trains by linking 620 extra carriages, besides providing 60 special trains.

Hegab explained that these preparations are to receive the large numbers of citizens want to travel the governorates to spend the feast with relatives. The authority seeks to prevent any congestion during the feast.
