UC Developments is planning to invest 700 million Egyptian pounds in a new project in the New Administrative Capital, the CEO Sameh Awad revealed.
Spanning over an area of 3,000 square metres, the project will feature 350 commercial, administrative, and medical units over a built-up area of 11,000 square metres, Awad said in a press conference on Wednesday.
Construction in the project will start in six months, with completion expected over a period of three years, he added.
The company aims to establish several real estate projects in 2021 with investments of 5 billion pounds in the New Administrative Capital and New Alamein City.
