The Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayipp Erdogan, said his country deposited $ 500 million in the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) as a first disbursement of the deposit, which he had declared during his party’s annual conference when President Mohamed Morsi visited Turkey last two months. Erdogan, during his speech at the Egyptian Turkish Business forum, said the Turkish government is also committed to deposit $ 500 million next January, while the rest will be deposited before June 2013. With regard to the credit facilities that Erdogan announced this morning and which are about opening an account with $ 1 billion, he said it would be provided by the Türk Eximbank, starting from December.
