Egyptian international trade point at the ministry of industry and foreign trade launched today the conference of Electronic Promotion for Exports Development.
A number of investors and exports attended the launch of the conference, as they aim at discussing the facilities required to develop exports, especially regarding the electronic promotion.
Dr Foaad Eessa – Chairman of trade point- said that they are preparing electronic catalogs currently, which enclose the database of desiring exporters, in addition to the most prominent products demanded abroad, so as to stimulate the Egyptian exports in a number of non-petroleum industrial sectors.
Foaad added that the trade point has launched the first governmental website for electronic trade to facilitate the process of gathering the Egyptian exporters with the potential importers abroad, as well as offering them the chance for proposing price specifications related to every product.
Foaad also mentioned an agreement with the ministry of local development and the commission of village constructing in two governorates –Fayom and Beheera-, as this agreement indicates conducting training on electronic publicity of products for small businesses’ owners, in order to increase exportation chances for them.
