Egypt will organise the first Arab conference for Administrative Reform and Development tomorrow, Sunday, February 22.

In cooperation with The Arab Administrative Development Organization (ARADO), the Egyptian Ministry of Planning will hold the conference until Monday, under the auspices of Egyptian Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab.

Ashraf El-Araby – Egypt’s Minister of Planning – is set to present the government’s plan for administrative reform in Egypt as well as the new civil service law.

El-Araby affirmed- in earlier statements- that the civil service law is the first of its kind to enter a new era of the state-employee relationship. He denied the alleged disputes between the administrative Prosecution and the government over the new law’s terms.
