South Cairo and Giza Mills Q1 profit rises to 6.9 mln pounds

South Cairo and Giza Mills and Bakeries, affiliated to the county’s Holding Company for Food Industries, said Wednesday its first-quarter profit climbed to 6.9 million Egyptian pounds ($390,852).

Profit earlier stood at 6.1 million pounds during the first quarter of 2016, according to a bourse filling.

The company made sales worth 155.8 million pounds from 267.8 million pounds last year.
