Sorouh Developments Co. said on Wednesday it has posted contractual sales worth 2.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($156.9 million) from its fully-fledged flagship, Entrada Compound in Egypt’s new capital.
Sorouh plans to increase the accomplishment rates of the project, which was launched with investments of 10 billion pounds over 300,000 square metres, within the next period, according to its chairman Hany El Bendary.
Entrada includes more than 3,000 housing units with spaces ranging between 120 square metres and 220 square metres, El Bendary added.
As for Sorouh, it is a shareholding company comprising a number of Egyptian and Arab investors, who implemented more than 250 real estate projects in Egypt, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates.
