The prices per metre for commercial stores in New Beni Suef City – 124km (77 miles) far from Cairo – reached 26,000 Egyptian pounds ($1,643), according to a senior official.
New Bani Suef City Development Authority has sold six commercial stores in a number of markets located in various areas, including Ibn Baitak 2, its head Ashraf Abdel Rahman said on Sunday.
