Petroleum Trading Service Co. (Petrotrade) signed an agreement with Banque Misr to cooperate in developing electronic payment for services provided by the company.
Banque Misr will provide e-payment services via Visa, MasterCard, and Meeza cards as well as digital wallets and online transaction gateways and applications, according to a statement released by the Ministry of Petroleum on Tuesday.
The petroleum ministry aims to expand digital payments in order to provide citizens with easier methods to pay natural gas bills.
