Egypt’s real estate developer Misr Italia Properties has pumped 2.5 billion Egyptian pounds into its projects during 2019, according to its Co-CEO Mohamed Khaled El Assal.
The company seeks to increase the investments to 3 billion pounds during 2020, he added.
He also told Amwal Al Ghad that the company aims at delivering the first phase of its flagship Il Bosco City in the New Administrative Capital with 200 villa with various areas.
He pointed out that the company plans to deliver 150 units in Kai El Sokhna, which represents the first phase of the project, as well as 300 units in the “Mousa Coast” project, pointing out that the transfer of government headquarters to the administrative capital during the current year contributes to more activity for companies located in the capital.
