Egyptian property developer Master Builders Group (MBG) announced that it will start carrying out the first phase of its residential flagship, Pukka in the country’s new capital by early 2019.
MBG had marketed around 800 housing units in Pukka in eight months out of total 1,600 homes, its chairman Mahmoud Al Adl said on Monday.
“The project is spanning over 50 feddans,” Al Adl added.
MBG is planning to implement Pukka and Capital View flagships in the new capital as well as another medical project over 10 feddans, with investments of about 10 billion Egyptian pounds ($558.3 million).
