Maridive Wins New Contract Of US$24 Mln In Qatar

Egypt’s Maridive and Oil Services (MOIL.CA), the biggest oil services company by fleet size in the Middle East, announced that its subsidiary – Valentine Maritime won a contract with a total value of $ 24 million in Qatar  to be shared with Maersak Oil.

Maridive said the contract includes all engineering work related to the design adding to supply requirements needed for installation and testing .

This project should be completely finished by the second quarter of this year.

It is worthy to note that this is the fourth contract since the beginning of the year, thanks to  the stability of global markets and the return of international oil companies to normal working levels supported by the increase in demand for shipping and petroleum services whether  regionally or internationally.

The company disclosed its backlog is up to $ 484 million until 2016.
