Leading gold and diamond manufacturer L’Azurde Group is planning to pump new investments in Egyptian market, seeking to launch a new factory, which will create around 1000 job opportunities.
Such an announcement made after a delegation from the Egyptian-Saudi Businessmen Association headed by General Secretary Ahmed Darwish visited L’Azurde’s factory in Obour City.
At the time, L’Azurde’s CEO Selim Chidiac and Oeration Manager Siddik Mahdi had received the delegation.
Meanwhile, the Group has stressed its intention to make another investment in the North African country, to prepare and develop the Egyptian workforce through establishing a new technical training centre. Upon the new centre, L’Azurde aims to provide technical training services for 500 Egyptian workers every three months.
Since the inception of its first factory in Egypt 10 years ago, L’Azurde has achieved great success, rapidly penetrated the local market to currently become one of the largest distributor of gold jewellery and capture 40% of market share in Egypt.
