Italy to send hospital ship near Gaza coast – minister

Italian Defense Minister Guido Crosetto announced on Wednesday that his country will send a hospital ship near the coast of Gaza to help treat victims of the Israeli aggression on Palestinians.

The ship is leaving on Wednesday from the western Italian port of Civitavecchia with 170 staff, including 30 people trained for medical emergencies, according to the minister.
