Egypt’s property developer Grand Group for Investment announced that it has started implementing a new commercial and administrative project in Sixth of October City, 38km (23.6 miles) from the centre of Cairo.
The project will be executed over 25,000 square metres, with investments of 270 million Egyptian pounds ($15 million), the company’s vice chairman Hossam Eldin Taha told Amwal Al Ghad on Tuesday.
“The project is to be marketed within the first quarter of next year,” Taha said.
Asked about Grand Group’s more project, he said that the company has earlier carried out around 80 percent of Creek Park in Sixth of October City on a space of 80 feddans.
“We are looking to deliver Creek Park, which will include 1,100 housing units, within March 2019,” Taha added.
