Global Leasing Company seeks to secure two loans worth EGP400 mln

Global Leasing Company, co-founded by Wadi Degla Holding and SANAD Fund, is seeking to secure two loans worth 400 million Egyptian pounds for two firms in real estate and oil services fields, according to its vice chairman Hisham Abdel Fattah.

He further told Amwal Al Ghad that each company will receive 200 million pounds.

Abdel Fattah added that his company has arranged and managed an amount of 1.3 billion pounds loans, where the company has contributed an amount of 800 million pounds.

the Leasing companies has signed deals worth 37.9 billion pounds growing by 54 percent at the end of the first eight months of 2019, compared to 24.6 billion pound during the same period a year earlier, according to the latest reports issued by the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority.

The total number of contracts reached 1945 contracts during the first eight months of this year, compared to 1312 contracts during the same period of last year, with an increase rate of 48.2 percent.
