The Federation of Egyptian Industries is currently negotiating with German Federal Minister of Economic Affairs and German investors to establish an industrial zone in Egypt, FEI’s head Mohamed El-Sewedy revealed on Monday.
Speaking to Amwal Al Ghad, El-Sewedy said that FEI is seeking to attract German investments in feeding industries sector since Germany is one of the most important country working in this sector.
The industrial zone is set to be established in Red Sea governorate to seek a way out of Cairo Industrial clusters, the chairman added.
El-Sewedy stressed on the importance of cooperating with and encouraging German investors to boost investing in vocational training for labours and power plants, labs, and systems to take advantage of German experience in developing the industry
