Egypt’s state-run El Shams for Housing and Development plans to start the construction works of a commercial project in Sixth of October City early 2020, its chairman said on Thursday.
The fully-fledged project will span over 32,000 feddans, with total investments of around 800 million Egyptian pounds ($48 million), Mahmoud Maghawry added.
“The project is to include seven administrative and commercial giant buildings as well as a medical centre,” Maghawry said.
The company had earlier submitted an offer to the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) to get the land plot of the project that will be completely developed within a three-year timeframe, he said.
