Egypt’s Wadi Degla Developments starts construction works of Promenade Maadi

Egypt’s Wadi Degla Developments, affiliated to Wadi Degla Holding, has started the construction works of its residential flagship, Promenade Maadi in Zahraa Maadi area, 11km (6.8 miles) from Cairo.

With investments of 350 million Egyptian pounds ($19.9 million), the project will include 300 housing units as well as apartments and duplexes, said Wadi Degla Holding’s chief executive Maged Helmy on Sunday.
