The volume of trade exchange between Egypt and China reached $13.8 billion during 2018, economic and commercial counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Cairo Han Ping said on Saturday.
Chinese investments in Egypt amounted to $7 billion last year, Ping added in a press conference held by China’s Konka Group.
During the last five years, both countries’ relations have seen a significant development.
