The biggest day marked in the economic calendar – Amwal Al Ghad Award Ceremony will begin on Sunday night from 6:00 pm (4:00 GMT) at the Nile Ritz-Carlton in Cairo’s iconic Downton area.
While health and safety measures will remain imperative, Egyptian economic magazine Amwal Al Ghad is holding its annual grand Award Ceremony in cooperation with the Top 50 Women Forum, the biggest female technocrat platform in the country.
The event will honour the best companies, high-profile political and economic figures and achievers of exceptional successes, as well as some entrepreneurs, people with disabilities, among several other accolades.
Under the patronage of Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly, Amwal Al Ghad Award Ceremony has made enormous strides towards becoming one of the most coveted awards that leverage economic, social, and environmental sustainability. The ceremony with various categories will strive to recognise the individual excellence, company strengths, and project success.
For the past five years, the Award Ceremony event has served as the benchmark for businesses from across the country that are looking to showcase real leadership against their international peers. Now, in its 6th edition, the award has continued to evolve and raise its bar as a part of Egyptian government’s continuous efforts to celebrate and recognise the brilliant individuals, initiatives, and businesses shaping Egypt’s economic and socio-economic environment.
The event will join key CEOs of the biggest firms operating in Egypt along with heads of top-notch financial institutions and witness granting seven prizes, namely: Top 50 Women, Top 100 Companies, CSR Award, Top Achievers Award, Appreciation Award, Leadership Award for People with Disabilities, and Top Young Female Banker of the Year.
The winners will receive their awards during the Ceremony and will also be featured in the March 2021 issue of Amwal Al Ghad Magazine.
Commenting on the occasion, Dina Abdel Fattah – Editor-in-Chief of Amwal Al Ghad Magazine and President of the Award Ceremony – said:
“Amwal Al Ghad Award Ceremony recognises meritorious and outstanding achievements made by both public and private sectors. Celebrating individual and governmental success gives proof of what’s possible, and inspiration to those looking to make a difference in challenging times.”
