Egypt’s stock exchange’s (EGX) indexes closed higher on Sunday, with the benchmark EGX 30 index gaining 0.15 percent lower to 11,004 points.
The EGX 70 EWI index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SME) grew 0.85 percent lower to 2,111 points, while the fixed-weighted index, EGX 30 Capped went up 0.17 percent to 13,179 points. The all-embracing index, EGX 100 advanced 0.69 percent to 3,061 points. Meanwhile, the equal weights index, EGX 50 rose 0.57 percent up to 2,243 points.

Total market capitalisation has posted gains worth 1.4 billion Egyptian pounds ($89.1 million) to close at 651.675 billion pounds on Sunday.
Trading Aggregates
Also on Sunday, the trading value has approximately reached 2.17 billion pounds, while the trading volume has almost recorded 513.2 million securities executed 39,829 transactions.
