Egypt’s stock exchange’s (EGX) indexes ended higher on Sunday, with the benchmark EGX 30 index growing 0.09 percent lower to 11,025 points.
The EGX 70 EWI index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SME) climbed 1.47 percent to 2,119 points, while the fixed-weighted index, EGX 30 Capped rose 0.14 percent to 13,218 points. The all-embracing index, EGX 100 surged 1.22 percent to 3,075 points. Meanwhile, the equal weights index, EGX 50 advanced 1.08 percent up to 2,240 points.

Total market capitalisation has posted gains worth 4.2 billion Egyptian pounds ($268.05 million) to close at 647.224 billion pounds on Sunday.
Trading Aggregates
Also on Sunday, the trading value has approximately reached 2.3 billion pounds, while the trading volume has almost recorded 750.3 million securities executed 50,034 transactions.
