Egypt’s state-run Canal Shipping Agencies Q1 profits jump to 35.7mn pounds

Egypt’s state-owned Canal Shipping Agencies Company announced Wednesday its first-quarter profits rose to 35.7 ‍​million Egyptian pounds ($2 million) from 18.4 ‍​million pounds during the same period in 2016.

Sales jumped to 24.1 million pounds, compared to 14.1 million pounds last year.
