Egypt’s pound inches down to EGP 27.60 against dollar in some banks

Egypt’s pound currency inched down to EGP 27.50 against the U.S. dollar for buy and EGP 27.60 for sell at banks at midday trade on Monday.

At Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank – Egypt (ADIB Egypt), Export Development Bank of Egypt (EBank), AlexBank, Arab Investment Bank (aiBANK), Emirates NBD Egypt, Ahli United Bank Egypt, and Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt, the pound recorded EGP 27.50 against the U.S. dollar for buy and EGP 27.60 for sell.

Meanwhile, at the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) and Banque Misr, the pound went down to EGP 27.40 for buy and EGP 27.45 for sell.

At Crédit Agricole Egypt, the United Bank, Mashreq, and HSBC, the Egyptian currency stood at EGP 27.35 for buy and EGP 27.45 for sell.
