Egypt’s Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly witnessed on Thursday signing a partnership deal between New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) and three Egyptian real estate development firms.
As for the first deal, it was signed between NUCA and Al Ahly for Real Estate Development to carry out a public-private partnership (PPP) urban project over 144 feddans in Sixth of October City, 38km (23.6 miles) from the centre of Cairo.
As for the second deal, it was signed between NUCA and Arkan Developers to execute a new fully-fledged urban project over 205 feddans in Sheikh Zayed City, at the outskirts of Cairo.
As for the third deal, it was signed between NUCA and Sixth of October Development and Investment (SODIC) to implement another urban project over 500 feddans in Sheikh Zayed.
