Egypt’s NUCA launched new land plot for urban activity in Sheikh Zayed

Egypt’s New Urab Communities Authority (NUCA) – an agency under Ministry of Housing – has launched on Wednesday a land plot in Sheikh Zayed City, at the outskirts of Cairo, to be used for an urban activity.

The land plot is spanning over 81,840 square metres, with target returns estimated at around 688 million Egyptian pounds ($43.1 million).
