Egypt’s New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), an agency under Ministry of Housing, on Sunday approved the allocation of 81 land plots for various urban and services projects in 23 new cities.
The works will include the implementation of some schools, factories, hotels and hospitals as well as administrative, commercial, and investment flagships, said Housing Minister Assem El-Gazzar.
The land plots are located in New Cairo, Sixth of October, 10th of Ramadan, Sadat, Obour, El Shorouk, Alexandria’s New Borg El Arab, Badr, Sheikh Zayed, New Damietta, and 15th of May cities, El-Gazzar added.
The lands are also located in New Beni Suef, New Sohag, Hadayek October, New Capital, New Fayoum, Mallawi, New Minya, and New Nubaria cities, the Egyptian minister said.
