Egypt’s non-petroleum exports fell 3.6% in first nine months

Egypt’s non-petroleum exports in the first nine months of the year fell 3.6 percent from a year earlier to $18.149 billion, government data released on Thursday showed.

According to the General Organisation for Export and Import Control (GOEIC), Egypt’s non-petroleum exports for September grew 4 percent year-on-year to $2.149 billion compared to $2.058 billion in the same month last year.
