Egypt’s property developer firm Marseilia Group expects to achieve sales worth 2.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($139.6 million) from its flagship Marseilia Beach 4 in North Coast resort, chairman Sherif Heliw told Mubasher on Tuesday.
The project will be executed over 150 feddans in four phases, Heliw further stated, adding that the sales of the first and two phases are estimated at around 1.6 billion pounds.
“The first phase was marketed, while the second’s marketing plan is under construction,” he added.
“The mega project is set to includes 1,600 units. It is slated for completion within two years, Helw noted.
Earlier in June, the Egyptian official clarified that Marseilia was planning to new projects of 20 billion pounds in Cairo and Alexandria within five-year timeframe.
