Egypt’s Marseilia Real Estate Investment is planning to complete executing its residential and touristic flagship Marseilia Beach 4 in North Coast within 2021, said chairman Sherif Heliwe on Tuesday.
Heliwe further added that the project, which is with investments worth about 2.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($139.6 million), is being carried out on a space of 150 feddans in three phases.
“The project will include around 1,600 units,” the official told Amwal Al Ghad.
As for the first and second phases, Heliwe referred that his company has started implementing them, with investments estimated at 1.4 billion pounds.
Marseilia Company has marketed the first phase, he stated, saying the second phase is currently being executed. The second phase is to include 800 units.
“We will soon launch the third phase that is set to comprise 400 units, with various spaces,” Heliwe concluded.
