Egypt’s legal firm, Tahoun offers electronic formation of companies

Egypt’s legal firm, Tahoun law office,  announced that it is now offering  to establish companies electronically among other services presented to investors and firms.

Shaimaa Al Dally the representative of Tahoun law office has recently been recognised as  a credited agent by The General Authority for Investment & Free Zones (GAFI) in the field of the electronic formation of companies.

In addition, the reputable law firm has recently launched the first ever application that offers legal services known as, Smart App.

The new app is the first of its kind, which aims to provide legal services to investors and businessmen in the Middle East and Africa as well as medium-sized enterprises, by responding quickly to queries within 24 to 48 hours of submission.

The application also provide companies the opportunity  to obtain the service by accessing the website in addition to sending a copy of the contracts for legal review before signing, whether letters of guarantee or international contracts for investment projects and commercial transactions.

Founded in 1990, Tahoun Consultancy is an Egyptian partnership firm that has been operating since 2009. It is an advisory company, which is specialising in regulatory advisory and compliance services in the areas of commercial, financial, and business law and practice in the country.
