Egypt’s GV Real Estate Development is carrying out a public-private partnership (PPP) housing flagship in Port Said city, 170km (106 miles) northeast of Cairo, its chief executive said on Tuesday.

With investments worth 6 billion Egyptian pounds ($371.4 million), Time Square project is being implemented in cooperation with the country’s New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), Nasser Elmallah added.

“The fully-fledged project will include 22 towers at a length of 11 floors, besides a commercial mall on a space of 68,000 square metres,” Elmallah said.
